Job description
We are looking for a dedicated customer service employee who is passionate about meeting the needs of our customers in the field of prosthetics. They are the first point of contact for inquiries from our customers about the world’s first tactile leg prosthesis and play a crucial role in ensuring a first-class customer experience.
Your tasks
- Customer support: You are responsible for efficiently processing inquiries from orthopaedic technicians and users.
- Product knowledge: You will build and maintain an extensive knowledge of our prosthetic products. This includes technical specifications, areas of application, possible problems and solutions.
- Order and dispatch processing: You take care of the processing of orders, accept them and check their accuracy.
- Reimbursement management: You accept complaints and take care of further processing and reimbursement with the health insurance companies.
- Customer feedback: You continuously collect customer feedback and pass it on to the internal team in order to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Your qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Professional experience in the field of medical technology, customer service or similar
- Ideally a completed apprenticeship with a focus on medical technology, business, orthopaedic technology or similar
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in an understandable way
- Empathy and the ability to understand and respond appropriately to customer concerns
- Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Structured and independent way of working
- Technical understanding and the ability to learn and explain technical information
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to cooperate with different departments

The minimum salary based on 40 hours depending on your qualifications is between EUR 1,800 and EUR 2,500 (overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and experience).
